It has now been more than 10 years since I started 10SPEED HR with Billy. He convinced me that my professional experiences in the field of Human Resources could certainly provide added value in the cycling world. Instead of standing on the sidelines and supporting this fascinating sport, I decided to give my career a new direction and get involved in a new and challenging project, 10SPEED HR. In September 2012, I obtained the Riders' Agent certificate, issued by the UCI.

My focus and interests lie in all aspects of social security, UCI regulations and labor relations (contracts, application of Collective Labor Agreements, ...).

I entered cycling as a lawyer in 1998 when I was consulted by the TVM entourage. In 2000 I successfully defended Sergey Ivanov who later asked me to become his manager. The ball was rolling and I was assisting more and more riders as a manager. In keeping with the philosophy of 10SPEED HR, I have always ensured that there were no conflicts of interest within my managerial portfolio: the riders had to either have a different specialty, a different nationality or belong to a different age group. Through my years of experience as a manager but also as a lawyer (I assisted Team Bora-hansgrohe in the Covid-19 pandemic to obtain the starting right for them) I am familiar with almost all teams, their management and riders.
