In 2023, the Worldtour Circuit will have 18 UCI WorldTeams, about 500 riders worldwide. At Proteam level, 18 teams are registered with the UCI. 15 Teams were able to conquer a place as UCI Womens'World Team. Some of these teams focus, in function of the sponsoring interests or in their role as training team, exclusively on riders from a specific country or region. The number of places that become available each year is therefore very limited.

To be able to sign a contract with one of these teams you have to have real talent and be able to cycle damn hard.

When we started 10SPEED HR in 2012, we consciously decided to keep the number of riders we wanted to work with small.

We have remained true to that philosophy and are still convinced that this is the best approach.

Only in this way quality support is possible and can we ensure that you can concentrate as much as possible on your sporting performance. By limiting the group, our riders will never compete with each other for the same positions in the same teams. That is why we strive for the greatest possible diversity. We try to find a good balance in terms of type of riders (sprinters, climbers, cyclocross,..), age, nationality, woman or man,...

We also think it is important that we enjoy it ourselves. We are happy to enter into a long-term partnership. That is why a personal click is an absolute must for us.

Watching a talented youngster blossom, take the first steps as a professional, enjoy that first great performance or maybe even a first victory. That's what we do it for.
